Meet The Team

Luke
After a short professional football career at a young age, Luke built his early corporate experience within senior sales and marketing roles at blue-chip organisations including Yell Group and BT Group.
He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling multiple businesses across digital marketing, call centres, and financial services. More recently, Luke has expanded into global real estate and investment services.
At the core of the group is MCB Digital Solutions, a regulated lead-generation business with over 10 years of experience, working with some of the UK’s largest brands within the finance, insurance, and home improvement sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
With offices in the UK, UAE, and India, the group continues to grow from strength to strength.

Lee Simmonds
Lee Simmonds is the Operations Director at MCB, bringing more than two decades of commercial leadership and operational expertise to the business. With a strong foundation in business analysis, Lee specialises in using data, performance metrics, and statistical insight to uncover efficiencies and drive scalable growth.
Before joining MCB, Lee played a pivotal role at We Fight Any Claim, where he led the full transformation of a 200+-seat customer acquisition centre. By redesigning the entire front-end operation, he delivered a significant uplift in commercial performance – doubling revenue and increasing monthly profit by well over 100%. This large-scale operational turnaround remains one of his standout achievements.
At MCB Digital Solutions, Lee oversees day-to-day operations, marketing performance, and process optimisation. He combines analytical rigour with hands-on experience managing online and offline acquisition strategies, including Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and contact centre oversight, ensuring that the company continues to deliver high-quality lead generation and measurable results for clients.
Known for his data-driven mindset and pragmatic leadership style, Lee is passionate about building efficient, customer-focused teams and creating operational systems that enable sustainable long-term growth.
